Dan Bloodworth

Dan Bloodworth is a self-taught artist, born in Norfolk and now based in London. His paintings draw on everyday life, British folklore and old Westerns, shaped by a naïve, instinctive style that captures the world as he sees it.
Without formal training, he has honed his practice through trial and error, guided by the legacy of folk artists before him. Life in London has added another layer, with everyday characters reimagined as cowboys and horses - motifs that reflect his interest in power, connection and storytelling.
