Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care to ensure that every item arrives in excellent condition. Due to the bespoke and international nature of our furniture collections, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including:

your order number,

a description of the issue,

and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

We may request additional information in order to assess and process the claim.

Once the issue has been verified, we will, at our discretion:

arrange a replacement,

repair the item,

or issue a full or partial refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery before assembly or use.

Any damage to external packaging should be noted with the delivery carrier at the time of receipt where possible.

Failure to report transit damage within the stated notification period may affect eligibility for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable & Bespoke Items

As our furniture is produced and shipped internationally from the United Kingdom, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

change of mind,

dissatisfaction with colour, texture, finish, or natural material variation,

incorrect measurements provided by the customer,

delayed delivery caused by customs or carrier processes,

or normal wear and tear.

All bespoke, custom-made, and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified defect or transit damage.

This includes, but is not limited to:

bespoke vanities,

custom sizing,

custom finishes,

custom upholstery,

and any furniture produced in bespoke colours, dimensions, or specifications at the customer’s request.

Once production has commenced on a bespoke or custom order, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Natural Materials

Many of our pieces are handcrafted using natural materials including wood, stone, leather, and metal finishes. Variations in grain, texture, colour, veining, patina, and tonal variation are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection and approval of the claim.

Original shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, and white-glove delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of verified damage or manufacturing defect.

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries or failure to accept scheduled delivery appointments may result in storage fees, return freight charges, customs charges, and other associated costs being deducted from any approved refund.
